Sacred Roots Studio is a private sanctuary for holistic scalp and hair wellness — created for women navigating hair changes, recovery, or sensitive scalp concerns. Every session is grounded in ritual, gentleness, and thoughtful care.

Hi, I’m Gabi.

I’ve been a professional hairstylist for over 20 years, working in high-end salon environments from Rodeo Drive to Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina del Rey. While I loved the artistry of salon life, I eventually felt called toward a slower, more intentional way of caring for people — one that honors the nervous system, the body, and the emotional journey that often accompanies hair changes.

That calling led me into deeper healing work. I spent time traveling and studying holistic practices, becoming certified as a Birth and Postpartum Doula and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, while immersing myself in aromatherapy, movement, Reiki, and sound healing. These experiences reshaped how I approach hair care — not simply as a cosmetic service, but as an act of restoration and support.

Sacred Roots Studio was born from that evolution.

Today, I specialize in gentle scalp and hair care for women experiencing transitions — including chemotherapy recovery, postpartum shedding, alopecia, stress-related scalp concerns, or simply the feeling that their hair needs compassionate attention.

I am also a specialist in hair extensions and wig cutting, offering thoughtful solutions for women navigating hair loss, regrowth, or thinning hair. Whether you’re exploring wigs during treatment, transitioning through recovery, or adding fullness in a gentle way, my approach is always customized, supportive, and paced to your comfort.

This is not a rushed salon appointment. It’s private, one-on-one care designed to calm the nervous system, support comfort, and help you reconnect with your sense of self.
